Pop-Up Shop Purchases IN PERSON

All pop-up shop sales are final.

In rare cases, an exchange may be considered if the item is unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and explicitly approved by FurrReal Furs mgmt team ONLY.

All approvals are made solely at the discretion of FurrReal Furs.
Online Purchases

All online purchases are final sale unless otherwise approved in writing by FurrReal Furs.

Any request for an exchange must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and is subject to approval at our sole discretion.

To request consideration, contact info@furrrealfurs.com with your order number and reason.

Approved items must be unworn, unaltered, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error is confirmed to be ours.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any approved refund or exchange will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Third-party purchases (including resellers or unauthorized retailers) are not eligible for return or exchange.
