Refund policy

All Sales Are Final on Customized Items:

Due to the personalized nature of our customized pieces, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom orders—no exceptions. Please double-check all customization details including measurements, before placing your order.

Exchanges on Non-Customized Items:

We offer exchanges only on non-customized items. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our return requirements.

  • A restocking fee will be applied for exchanges.

Strict Shipping & Delivery Policy:

All orders are shipped via UPS with Signature Required. Once the package is delivered to the shipping address provided and signed for, we are no longer responsible for it. We will not replace, or refund items marked as delivered by UPS. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify that your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Fraud Prevention Notice:

All orders are monitored for fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to investigate or cancel any order that raises suspicion or violates our terms and conditions.

Unsure about your fur coat size? We've got you covered.

At FurrReal Furs, we offer a complimentary 20-minute virtual fitting session to help you determine the perfect size before your custom coat goes into production. During your video call, a team member will guide you through measurements to ensure a tailored fit.

Here’s what to expect:

  • A personalized 1-on-1 video consultation.

  • Expert guidance to determine your accurate size.

  • One simple measuring item required (which can be conveniently ordered on Amazon—we’ll send you the link).

Important Notes:
Virtual fittings must be completed before production begins on any custom order.

Once a virtual fitting is completed and sizing is approved, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
